The participant is guided to complete fun challenges with a qualified and experienced therapists working together to achieve the participants goals inline with their therapeutic needs.

Our Gaming Therapy programs are designed for those that require tailored specialised care that can only be provided by a qualified, experienced and understanding Therapist who is also a registered Counsellor or Psychotherapist. The game acts as a familiar place for the participant so the therapist can provide effective therapy.
Using EHCP and SEN Funding to access our services.
We offer sessions using a variety of games such as Fortnite, Minecraft, Roblox, and more. Participants should have experience with at least one of these games to facilitate meaningful connections.
Funding Options
Our gaming therapy, counselling services, and supportive gaming services can be accessed through:
1. Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP): Our services can be included in an EHCP plan, providing eligible individuals with access to our expertise.
2. Special Educational Needs (SEN) Funding: We accept SEN funding from local authorities, enabling individuals with special educational needs to benefit from our services.
3. Private Payment: For those without EHCP or SEN funding, our services are available through private payment.
4. SEN education bodies (schools, colleges, organisations etc.) : For those who attend an SEN school for instance, you can request that our services be included as part of your educational requirements.
How to Access Our Services via EHCP
To access our services through an EHCP plan:
1. Discuss your needs with your EHCP coordinator or SENCO.
2. Request that our services be included in your EHCP plan.
3. Provide us with your EHCP documentation and funding details.

Types of Therapy
Gaming Therapy is an innovative solution that provides the equivalent of psychotherapy, talk therapy, or therapy and is a process through where participants work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. This is often focused around general mental health and associated issues.
Rehabilitation Counselling is focused on helping people achieve their personal, career, academic and independent living goals through a counselling process. This form of therapy is best suited for those who need assistance rehabilitating from previous trauma from academic, career, or personal incidents and work towards a wholistic goal.
Employment Counselling explores various post-school options, and identify your interests and strengths, and help you make informed decisions about your career path. We also assist with Resume Writing, Job Applications, and Interview Skills & etiquette.
Improving Mental Health through Game Therapy
Our counselling services are ideal for anyone who feel they could benefit from counselling and also enjoy playing video games. We’re here to help with issues such as:

Our Counsellors
Game Counsellors are qualified Therapists such as Counsellors or Psychotherapists. They are registered and often accredited. All therapists must also be a Gaming Professional too in order to provide Gaming Therapy. They are already an expert in their field and ideally suited for participants requiring a deeper & tailored level of professional therapy. Due to their skills in both therapy and gaming, they create sessions that have a higher than average participant engagement level.
Our Therapist will carefully guide the participant through fun and engaging tasks making sure the participants feel safe, happy and most of all, having fun!

Session Times
Sessions run during the day, nights and on weekends all year long. This includes during school hours, after school and during holidays. Simply select your preferences during registration.
Requirements.
Participant must already have an Xbox, PlayStation, Switch or PC plus a strong internet connection and any online multiplayer subscription necessary to play the required game online with others.
Cost for Game Therapy with a Qualified Therapist
Sessions are a minimum or 1 hour can be extended to 4 hours with mini breaks in-between.

- £75+VAT per hour
Set-up, Technical Issues & Reporting
Online games require occasional setup, especially when joining for the first time. Internet dropouts or technical issues may also occur. Our eTherapist takes notes during sessions to align with your therapy goals, which is factored into the session duration. A small portion of each session will be spent on these necessary activities.
